Are you dynamic and have a sense of service Then you may be our future Operation Specialist for the Brazilian Market !

As an Operations Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our clients playing a vital role in delivering a seamless technical experience. Youll manage remote installation processes assist clients step-by-step and provide first-level technical troubleshooting and maintenance support. Your collaboration with our Technicians and ability to escalate issues when necessary will be key to maintaining service excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for clients during the installation process;
  • Guide clients through remote installations ensuring all systems are correctly configured and operational;
  • Provide timely and efficient first-level technical support and troubleshooting to identify and resolve basic issues;
  • Support clients with maintenance-related questions and minor technical interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with Technicians escalating more complex technical issues when needed;
  • Ensure all client interactions and technical updates are properly recorded in Salesforce;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures and client support resources.

Your Profile

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical support or operations role;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Basic technical knowledge of systems networks or IT environments (hardware/software familiarity);
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly way;
  • Organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative cross-functional setting;
  • C2 Level or Native in English.
