The Real Estate Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting commercial lease review and the initial drafting of Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs). Key Responsibilities
- Review commercial lease agreements highlighting obligations deadlines and potential risks.
- Draft initial versions of PSAs and other real estate contracts.
- Assist with document management organization and version control.
- Conduct basic due diligence and legal research to support transactions.
- Maintain accuracy clarity and compliance across all legal documentation.

- 3 years of U.S.-focused real estate law or commercial transaction experience.
- Strong command of legal terminology contract structure and drafting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace DocuSign and PDF/document management tools.
