Job Summary

Job Title: Process Specialist - MIS

Work Setup: ONSITE (BGC Taguig)

Work Schedule: Shifting schedules

Must-have Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
3 years of MIS/RTA experience in BPO/Shared Services
Must also be exposed to Scheduling Capacity planning Forecasting and Reporting
Strong proficiency in MS Excel
Knowledge of using MIS Scheduling tools (Power BI VBA Macros Excel)
Good communication skills
Preferably available to start ASAP
