Tasks

We are seeking a B2B Software Sales Professional to assist in our expansion in the DACH (Germany Austria Switzerland) region. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and driven sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise software and a passion for transforming business mobility.

  • Execute sales strategies for our enterprise mobility solutions in the DACH region
  • Arrange and execute meetings and presentations for potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at medium to large enterprises
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close complex enterprise software contracts
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with excellent English communication skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B software sales experience preferably in enterprise mobility or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscape and digital transformation trends
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS mobile technology cybersecurity or enterprise software sales
  • Knowledge of enterprise mobility management (EMM) solutions
  • Strong network in the DACH government and business ecosystem

Location:

  • Germany (Hybrid/Remote with extensive travel within DACH region)
