The State of South Carolina is seeking an experienced IT Healthcare Consultant to serve as a Quality Assurance Analyst at an advanced level. This role involves ensuring the quality of healthcare-related IT systems and applications. The position is a hybrid role requiring the consultant to work on-site three days a week and remotely two days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance testing on healthcare IT systems.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
- Identify document and track software defects.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience in Quality Assurance
- SC resident or willingness to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.
