National Staffing Account Executive
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Staffing team; we place professionals in HR Finance and Customer Service support positions across a wide spectrum of industries. The staffing and account professionals are focused on helping our clients find the talent and experience professionals our clients are looking for.
This individual would be responsible for business development and customer service within the assigned territory ensuring that clients expectations are exceeded and sales/gross margins are optimized.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Communicating with prospective and existing accounts to understand their needs and demonstrate strategically recommended solutions for both current and potential staffing needs.
Introducing our staffing solutions (products and services) to current and prospective clients with the goal of developing/expanding relationships.
Coordinating sales negotiations with Staffing Leadership Team.
Maintaining records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing our technology.
Assisting with the development and maintenance of our brand through advertising and public relations activities (i.e. direct mailing promotional programs job fairs and as a member of civic organizations).
Serving as a liaison to resolve billing and/or service issues on the clients behalf.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of 3 years Staffing Sales experience.
- Sold staffing to partners in staffing large on site.
- Sales customers temp services market prospects and
- Temp to hire now do long term staffing & direct hire
General knowledge of marketing/sales techniques.
Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Presentation and negotiation skills required.
