Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Predictive Analytics Specialist who can design develop and deliver data-driven predictive models that support critical business this role you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions. You will be responsible for building models analyzing complex datasets and presenting insights in a clear actionable manner.

Key Responsibilities

Work with business teams to understand requirements and create predictive analytics strategies.
Develop test and deploy predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Analyze large and complex datasets from various sources to extract trends and patterns.
Build dashboards and reports that present findings to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuously improve models based on performance metrics and real-world feedback.
Ensure data quality accuracy and consistency across all analytical processes.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to streamline data pipelines and model deployment.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance decision-making.
Maintain documentation methodologies and best practices for analytical work.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in predictive modeling forecasting and statistical analysis.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Python R SAS or similar analytics technologies.
Proficiency with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow Scikit-learn or PyTorch.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large relational or cloud data environments.
Ability to interpret and communicate complex analytic results to non-technical audiences.
Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

Experience with cloud data environments (AWS Azure or Google Cloud).
Familiarity with big data platforms (Hadoop Spark Databricks).
Background in industries such as finance healthcare government or manufacturing.
Experience with model governance validation and lifecycle management.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or related field.
