Job Summary

During the tenure the employee worked as a Business Analyst performing the following key responsibilities:

  • Collaborated with business stakeholders to understand project objectives gather requirements and translate them into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and user stories.

  • Analyzed existing business processes and workflows to identify gaps redundancies and improvement opportunities for operational efficiency.

  • Conducted data-driven research and feasibility studies presenting insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

  • Performed requirement elicitation using interviews workshops JAD sessions surveys and document analysis.

  • Worked closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development QA and Operations to ensure project deliverables met expectations and were aligned with business goals.

  • Assisted in creating prototypes and wireframes using tools like MS Visio Balsamiq Figma or Lucidchart to support requirements visualization.

  • Supported Agile development process by participating in sprint planning backlog grooming daily stand-ups and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

  • Prepared test cases validated test results and ensured that the delivered product met the business requirements before deployment.

  • Tracked project progress using project management tools identified risks and contributed to mitigation plans to avoid delivery delays.

  • Communicated project updates performance metrics and analytical insights through reports and dashboards using Excel Power BI or Tableau.

  • Provided post-implementation support monitored KPI performance and ensured smooth adoption of new systems and features by business users.
