Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Customer Care Representative to work onsite with our client a top-tier global automotive company. This is a full-time contract role with the possibility to extend or convert based on performance and business needs. As a Tekberry W2 employee you will have access to health benefits including dental and vision.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to clients regarding the status of their active and priority orders.
Work from a defined list of assigned cases ensuring each client receives a timely and accurate update.
Document all interactions notes and updates in internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
Track order progress escalate issues when appropriate and maintain strong communication with internal teams.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism during high-volume outreach.
Assist with any additional administrative or service-related tasks as directed by leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Customer service experience required; call center experience strongly preferred.
Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls and emails.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record customer interactions.
Must be able to work onsite every Wednesday (subject to change).
Eligible to work in the U.S.
