Job Summary

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with 1.52 years of hands-on experience in architectural drafting preferably within the residential or luxury real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings maintaining documentation and coordinating with multiple project stakeholders to ensure design precision and workflow efficiency.

Job Responsibilities :

Prepare revise and finalize detailed architectural drawings for site plans villas and related projects using CAD software.
Produce drawings using efficient layer management practices to ensure clarity organization and technical accuracy.
Organize and maintain comprehensive digital and physical files for each project ensuring easy retrieval and strict version control for all drawings.
Collaborate with architects engineers and project managers to implement revisions resolve technical queries and ensure documentation consistency.
Ensure all drawings meet required standards maintaining a high level of precision and supporting overall design accuracy and project quality.

Job Requirements :

Diploma in Civil Draftsman or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1.5 2 years of experience in architectural drafting (residential or luxury real estate preferred).
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all drafting work.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent architectural drafting software with the ability to work efficiently in layers and manage complex drawing files.
Effective organizational and documentation management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities for technical discussions with cross- functional teams.
Basic understanding of civil engineering principles relevant to drafting including dimensions scales and structural elements.
