Job Description:
The HR Recruiter plays a key role in the recruitment process by understanding job descriptions sourcing suitable candidates screening applicants conducting interviews managing candidate databases coordinating with departments and negotiating salaries.
Responsibilities:
- Understand job descriptions and requirements
- Source potential candidates through various channels
- Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
- Manage candidate databases and keep them updated
- Coordinate with hiring managers and departments
- Negotiate salaries with selected candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
