Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute area sales plans to achieve monthly quarterly and annual targets.
Identify and onboard new HoReCa and bakery clients while retaining existing ones.
Drive distribution and availability of products across assigned territory.
Negotiate trade terms and ensure timely collections.
Account & Channel Management
Build strong relationships with HoReCa (Hotels Restaurants Cafés) partners bakery chains and institutional clients.
Monitor competitor activities pricing and promotions and recommend strategic responses.
Ensure effective merchandising and brand visibility at customer locations.
Team Leadership
Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales executives and distributors.
Set clear targets track performance and conduct regular reviews.
Provide training and support to improve sales effectiveness.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and present periodic performance reports (sales revenue growth market trends) to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies pricing structures and operational guidelines.
