The Orders Management Coordinator I is responsible for reviewing client project specs preparing quotes verifying order details and supporting additional related tasks.

This position reports to the Manager Orders Management and is part of the Orders Management department located in Fargo ND and will be an on-site role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Review client project specifications to validate the defined product offerings and required services for accurate order processing of Plasmid (pDNA) mRNA Nanoplasmid Custom Protein and DNA/Protein Off-the-Shelf products.
• Prepare detailed quotes and conduct thorough reviews of sales orders to verify the accuracy of project details and associated costs.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned including tracking contributing to specialized projects analyzing reports and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Associates Degree in a scientific discipline OR High school diploma/GED with 2 years order entry or project management experience or combination of relevant education and experience

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Bachelors Degree in a scientific discipline
• Experience in biotechnology or a comparable life sciences environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office D365 Smartsheet Zendesk and HubSpot

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
