Job Summary
Join Our Team as a Seasonal Sales Associate at The Fort!
Are you friendly positive and ready to jump into a great team for the busy holiday season Do you enjoy helping others find the perfect items The Fort is looking for enthusiastic people to join our seasonal sales team offering both part-time and flexible schedules through the holiday rush. As a Seasonal Sales Associate youll help create a memorable shopping experience for our guests and support our team during the busiest time of the year!
Location: Were hiring at our Lincoln location. This seasonal role requires a minimum of 15 hours per week including half of all weekends.
What Youll Do
- Be Challenged: Holiday seasons bring excitement and energy so youll need to think fast stay organized and enjoy a lively atmosphere.
- Be the Brand: We love our team to Ride for the Brand wearing the clothing we sell with great discounts to make that easier.
- Help Customers Feel Welcome: Make shopping enjoyable by engaging with guests helping them find what they need and spreading holiday cheer!
- Be a Quick Learner: Learn about our products and pick up sales tips to assist guests confidently during the season.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work closely with team members in a learning environment
- Achieve daily sales and customer service goals
- Build trust and positive relationships with customers
- Dress in The Fort apparel during shifts
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work 50% of weekends and 75% of holidays (required during peak season)
