Key Responsibilities
As Store Manager you will:
- Lead daily store operations to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Supervise support and motivate team members to perform at their best
- Create schedules manage timecards and ensure proper shift coverage
- Train and onboard new employees maintaining service and product standards
- Oversee inventory ordering and product availability
- Maintain an organized clean and inviting store environment
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with leadership to meet store goals and performance targets
