Role Objective:
To provide administrative and marketing support to the team so that they may achieve their objectives in an effective and efficient manner and to ensure excellent client and customer management is provided throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting
Data mining as assigned utilizing available tools - E.g CoreLogic White Pages Infobel etc.
Commercial Real Estate / Migration Agency Specific Forms
Review legal compliance of forms and ensure all required areas are appropriately filled in and signed by the agent and client/s
CRM Management
Learn the software using online tutorials and maximize the functionality of the CRM for the business.
Populate contact details to be provided
Update listings
Communicate to database
Marketing
Prepare marketing submissions using the template provided
Prepare marketing budgets and communicate via email to suppliers to obtain a pricing.
Marketing Executive will provide a full list of suppliers email addresses etc. for reference
Creation of Information Memorandums Brochures and layout of e-mailouts
Manage social media accounts and deploy social media posts
Social media management
Proficient in communication and confident in making outbound calls and receiving calls.
General administrative and marketing tasks
Organise specific requests
Manage inbox
Creation of Marketing documents such as but not limited to: Information Memorandums Brochures Social Media Posts and etc.
Manage campaign checklist
POSITION PREREQUISITES:
Experience
Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in marketing and administration roles ideally supporting within western environments (Australian New Zealand American or European) ideally supporting a sales or marketing team
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail in producing high-quality documents
Understanding urgency and managing multiple tasks that have strict deadlines
Skills
Must be savvy on social media and manage the content plan and even write some content
Fastidious on quality and meticulous attention to detail in producing high-quality documents
Exceptional English-speaking skills
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word Excel & PowerPoint) and experience in Google Slides Docs Presentation Canva Adobe Suite
Basic knowledge of graphic design
