Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 AM 4 PM (PH Time)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across various functions within the organization.
In this role you will work closely with hiring managers lead structured hiring processes and ensure a top-tier candidate experience. You will play a key part in building strong talent pipelines optimizing recruitment strategies and supporting the companys growth objectives.
In this role you will:
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance for multiple roles and departments.
- Partner with CAA to define role requirements hiring criteria and interview processes.
Interviewing & Assessment
- Conduct technical behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Develop structured interview guides and ensure consistent evaluation standards.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Build maintain and nurture strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various channels including LinkedIn job boards career sites employee referrals and networking
Recruitment Strategy & Process Optimization
- Create and implement structured recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Offer Management
- Lead offer negotiation and closing processes ensuring alignment with company guidelines and candidate expectations.
- Collaborate with HR and CAA to finalize compensation packages.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to internal hiring policies procedures and relevant employment laws.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Employer Branding & Events
- Represent the company at job fairs industry events and campus recruitment activities.
- Promote the organizations values and culture to attract high-quality talent.
Requirements
Were Looking for Someone Who has:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- At least 23 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills including technical and competency-based evaluation.
- Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of recruitment metrics processes and sourcing techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with ATS systems sourcing tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates account managers and clients for some purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
