Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure consistent high-quality employee experience across the organization. This role will be responsible for executing key HR processes providing administrative and operational support and partnering with leadership to maintain a smooth and compliant HR function.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing screening scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records contracts and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local labor regulations.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and exiting employees.
- Administer employee benefits attendance monitoring and leave management.
- Assist in performance management processes including evaluations documentation and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations concerns by providing timely support escalating issues when needed and promoting a positive work culture.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to HR process improvement policy updates and overall organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of solid experience in Human Resources across recruitment HR operations or generalist functions.
- Working knowledge of HR policies labor standards and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using HRIS tools productivity platforms and remote collaboration software.
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
- Ability to exercise confidentiality professionalism and sound judgment.
