Job Summary

Designation: Relationship Manager SME (Tier 1)

Experience: Must be from DSA vertical only (No branch banking profiles).

Strong understanding of LAP (Loan Against Property) and Balance Sheet analysis.

Candidates from HL LAP (40%-60%) mix can be explored but must be clear that this is a pure LAP role.

Role is purely LAP-based

Should be enthusiastic and sales-driven.

Must have complete documentation from all past employers.

Must be sales-driven enthusiastic and have valid documentation from all past employers

CIBIL score: Minimum 650.

Requirements

Education : Any Graduate

Age Limit: Ideally up to 33 years (extendable to 36 for exceptional cases)

Product: SME (Tier 1)

Ticket Size: INR 1 Cr (Candidates handling INR 50LINR 10Cr range can also be considered)

Required Skills:

Education - Any Graduate. Experience 5 years in the relevant field. Age : Maximum 35 Years Knowledge of Local areas. Good CIBIL Score. Immediate joiners or less than 30days notice preferred. Current organization tenure should be greater than 1 year
