Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Staff in Guwahati . As an Airport Staff you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the airport and providing excellent customer service to passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting passengers with check-in baggage drop and boarding procedures
- Responding to passenger inquiries and providing information about flight schedules delays and other airport services
- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues professionally
- Collaborating with other airport staff and departments to ensure efficient and timely operations
- Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry filing and maintaining records
- Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the airport terminal and facilities
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from aircraft
- Following all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment Requirements:
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass ITI certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport operations is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidates will be required to work 6 days a week with one day off. The working hours will be based on shift schedules which may include early mornings.
