Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager AV Solutions to oversee end-to-end planning execution and delivery of AV product programs. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of AV technologies excellent program governance skills and the ability to engage closely with OEM teams partners and customers.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning coordination and execution of programs related to AV product deployments.
- Define program scope objectives schedules and resource allocation.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery within the defined scope quality standards and business expectations.
- Collect detailed customer insights using the designated Feedback Form.
- Meeting the minimum number of demos per quarter and ensuring the minimum conversion rate.
- Submit monthly progress reports and quarterly performance reviews.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers for AV solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering operations and product management.
- Coordinate with the OEM sales team to manage and convert warm leads.
- Serve as the communication hub between internal teams OEM partners and customers.
- Present program updates and milestones to internal management and OEM teams.
- Understand product capabilities ecosystem integration and deployment best practices.
- Support technical review of AV setups involving collaboration devices and room systems.
- Ensure product solutions align with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with OEM representatives distributors and solution partners.
- Oversee procurement coordination and ensure the timely flow of products.
- Ensure deployments follow AV product guidelines and industry standards.
Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Electronics IT or related field.
- 1 -2 years of experience in AV solutions program management or product deployment roles.
- Strong understanding of collaboration technologies and AV ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- AV certifications such as CTS CTS-D and CTS-I.
- Experience with Neat Cisco Poly Logitech Crestron or Zoom Rooms.
