Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Software Technical Support Executive to assist customers in installing configuring and troubleshooting our software solutions. This role involves providing technical support guiding customers on product usage and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone email WhatsApp and remote tools.
- Install and configure software at customer sites or remotely.
- Troubleshoot issues related to software performance data entry reports and integrations.
- Assist customers with product workflows and best practices.
- Log tickets follow up and resolve issues promptly.
- Support data migration backup and recovery.
- Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Provide training and onboarding to new clients.
- Maintain daily reports and documentation of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or a related field.
- Diploma candidates with strong technical knowledge are also welcome.
- Basic understanding of software applications databases and operating systems.
- Knowledge of SQL networking or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and quick learner.
- Willingness to travel for client visits (if required).
