The Opportunity:
We are expanding our team and looking for ambitious commercially minded graduates to join us as trainee recruiters. You dont need prior recruitment experience just drive curiosity and a willingness to learn. This is a unique opportunity to join an experienced team where full training and career development are central to your success.
Youll gain hands-on experience supporting both clients and candidates with the initial focus likely to be on our temporary and contract desk. This will give you exposure to a fast-paced area of recruitment while building the core skills needed for long-term success across multiple markets.
What Youll Learn & Do:
- Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify attract and engage top-tier professionals across financial services
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing to offer
- Support business development by identifying new client opportunities
- Use leading recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal CRM
- Develop expert knowledge of your market and become a go-to resource for clients and candidates
What Were Looking For:
- A recent graduate (or someone with 02 years experience) from a business finance HR law or communications background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive detail-oriented and eager to take on responsibility
- A genuine interest in recruitment and financial services
- Driven resilient and motivated by learning and development
