Overview:
Construction Manager to lead co-ordinate and deliver projects on-site in Limerick supporting and optimizing throughout.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring works are carried out safely efficiently and to specification.
- Implement and enforce health safety and environmental standards in line with company and statutory requirements.
- Demonstrate promote and acknowledge positive behaviours to develop a proactive safety culture on site Identify and prevent unsafe behaviors defects.
- Coordinating with consultants subcontractors supervisors planners quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor progress identify risks or delay and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
- Prepare and present regular reports on site performance and progress.
- Review technical drawings and ensure site works align with design specifications and standards.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Construction Civil or related field).
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager ideally on ideally in the biopharma or life sciences sector.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of construction processes safety regulations and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong working relationships.
