Tasks
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of team members
- Monitoring and analysis: Regular inspection and monitoring of equipment and tools
- Troubleshooting and problem solving: Identifying and resolving technical problems to ensure operational readiness and reliability
of equipment and tools - Planning coordination and execution of repairs and maintenance
- Documentation and validation: Creating and maintaining documentation for mechanical electrical and pneumatic components as well as validating spare parts for equipment and tools
- Spare parts management: Managing storing and ordering spare parts
- Applying Lean principles and driving continuous process improvement
- Optimization and modification of equipment in coordination with ME Support and R&D
- Planning and management of projects within the area of responsibility
- Supporting NPI in the development construction and modification of equipment and tools
Profile
- Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in the maintenance or technical support of production facilities including at least three years of management experience in this area
- Strong technical expertise in mechanics electrical engineering and control systems for production facilities
- Experience with ERP and MES systems and Lean methods (TPM desirable)
- Familarity with quality management and safety standards (ISO HSE)
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills and fluency in English
- Additional qualifications such as REFA Maintenance Manager CMRP Six Sigma or Lean Expert are desirable.
