Mid-level Operation & Maintenance Technology Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

• The main products involved are photovoltaic data center energy storage and temperature control products within the digital energy product line. Main responsibilities and tasks include:

  (1) Leading the handling of key live network issues responding and supporting quickly coordinating technical breakthroughs and analysis analyzing root causes and performing zeroing and reduction;

  (2) Participating in inspections identifying and eliminating risks to ensure smooth operation of products in the live network;

  (3) Extracting and promoting product reverse improvements through common issues;

  (4) Comprehensively identifying product adaptability and special scenarios enhancing product maintainability and assisting in the development of maintenance efficiency improvement tools;

Requirements:

• Familiar with EU environmental protection regulations especially the process and requirements for reporting carbon emissions and extended producer responsibilities.

• Priority will be given to those with the ability to analyze and handle issues such as sealing problems fastener failures electrical connections and air conditioning system malfunctions.

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.

• Must have a bachelors degree or equivalent experience;

• At least one years experience in developing testing or maintaining energy storage products (including solutions) is preferred.

• Effective organizational analytical and communications skills.

• Strong learning ability and adaptability.
