We are seeking experienced software engineers and technical leads who have prior experience conducting technical interviews evaluating candidates for engineering roles and providing structured feedback.

Role Overview

As a Freelance Technical Interviewer you will be responsible for assessing developers engineers and technical specialists applying for positions through Advancio. Your expertise will help us identify top-tier talent and ensure our clients receive high-quality vetted engineers.

Required Skills:

3 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate. 1 years of experience with SharePoint Online development and administration. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Dataverse and REST APIs. Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions and/or Microsoft Graph API for advanced integration scenarios. Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform (e.g. managed solutions DevOps pipelines Environment Strategy). Experience with Power Platform AI components such as AI Builder and Copilot Studio. Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience developing and deploying custom connectors in Power Platform.
