Project Manager (HR & AI Projects / Financial Services)

Salaried: $60-65 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $70-75 per hour.
19-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of strategic HR projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Guide implementation and maintain initiatives within defined scopes and budgets.
Collaborate with HR and Communications teams across geographies and time zones.
Develop plan and monitor project scopes budgets resource needs and work plans.
Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and provide mitigation strategies.
Produce and present reports that measure project outcomes and support data-driven decisions.
Improve processes through digitization automation and Human Centered Design (HCD) principles.
Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and global quality standards.
Support vendor coordination procurement processes and internal/external stakeholder alignment.
Foster an inclusive collaborative and change-oriented environment.
Perform additional project-related duties as required.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
57 years of progressive experience in HR consulting business strategy or financial services.
Strong knowledge of project management and change management principles.
Exceptional time management facilitation and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using large and complex data sets.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools especially PowerPoint Excel Teams (advanced features) and SmartSheet.
Familiarity with AI prompts and tools in a project management context.
Experience with Power BI and other project analytics platforms is an asset.
Strong presentation design and development skills.
Proven stakeholder engagement and senior leadership interaction experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
Self-starter with a high level of initiative and a strong work ethic.
Proven ability to write proposals and develop contracts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
