Job Summary

Developer

Configuration Maintenance Developer Position Responsibilities Work directly with the client to understand their needs and business objectives and use that information to capture requirements. Maintain existing implemented processes and features by updat-ing logic and data models to reflects customers new needs and changes (for example new collective agreements new aircraft types opening of new bases etc.). Maintain and extend existing data integrations including updating integration logic and modifying system infrastructure when required. Perform DevOps tasks such as release delivery improving automated test pipelines and enhancing deployment processes. Use a test-driven development methodology to ensure top quality developing automated test cas-es as you code. Explain design decisions and technical solutions in a clear and confi-dent way to clients while managing client expectations and guiding them towards e ici-ent and lean solutions. Basic Qualifications (Required SkillsExperience) 5 years experi-ence with software development and programming 2 years experience with Python 2 years experience e ectively working in a LinuxUnix environment Managing a codebase and building pipelines using a tool such as Git and GitLabGitHub or equivalent. Strong communication skills.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English Curiosity and learning agility to understand business concepts and relate them to tech-nical designs Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data. Ability to travel. Pre-ferred Qualifications (EducationExperience) Experience with airline operation or airline IT ideally with crew planning Git and GitLabGitHub or equivalent Experience working within a scrum team or in a similar agile project setup Experience with - Relational Da-tabase modelling - - - - - Data science and analytics Operations Research or Optimiza-tion Test Driven Development using tools such as Gherkin and Behave Pytest Interfaces and data integration - - - - Enterprise Integration Docker CICD Bash scripting Typical Ed-ucation and Experience Technical bachelors degree and typically 5 or more years related work experience or a Masters degree or an equivalent combination of education and ex-perience.
