At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-time LPN Methadone Nurse tojoin our team at the Outpatient Clinic in New Bern NC.

Your Role in Our Mission
As an LPN Methadone Nurse your days will be filled with meaningful work with patients! From providing patients with services including screenings and medication/prescription management to assisting the treatment team treatment after-care and working with referral services. You will also provide medication and medical assistance to mental health and substance abuse clients as well as Lead offer guidance to our Medical Assistant. This position will work in collaboration with other clinical professionals to facilitate positive outcomes for our clients. The nursing professional maintains accurate and up to date medical documentation and client medication logs in addition to assisting other staff members in maintaining a therapeutic and healthy clinical environment for all clients.

This position follows a alternating schedule of either 8am-5pm or 5am to 1pm Monday- Friday and includes working every other weekend from 6am-9:30am.
We also offer a full benefits package for benefits-eligible positions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $22-$27/hr. for this full time position
- Generous Paid time off and paid holidays

What Were Looking For
- An empathetic and patient-focused individual to provide care in the outpatient clinic.
- An active unrestricted nursing license to practice in North Carolina
- A valid drivers license current auto insurance and a good driving record
- Prior mental health experience preferred but not required
