Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Per-Diem Registered Nurse to join the team at a Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Pawling NY. In this role you will deliver high-quality compassionate care managing a diverse patient population and collaborating with a skilled healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active unencumbered RN license from the state of NY and current BLS Certification.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN work experience.
Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment critical thinking effective communication cultural competency collaboration adaptability and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and implement triage protocols
Administer medications treatments and emergency interventions
Monitor and document patient conditions
Assist physicians with medical procedures
Maintain infection control standards
Provide patient and family education
