As a key member of our leadership team you will:
- Lead motivate and develop a high-performing sales team with enthusiasm accountability and integrity
- Manage and optimize E-Leads inbound/outbound phone traffic walk-in customers and service drive/data mining opportunities
- Oversee daily sales operations ensuring adherence to sales processes and robust customer follow-up
- Partner closely with the finance department to maximize profitability while maintaining transparency and compliance
- Train mentor and support Internet Retail and Service Drive Sales associates to improve conversion and appointment generation
- Collaborate with the service department to enhance customer retention and grow service-to-sales opportunities

Requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven success in sales management finance management used vehicle operations and internet sales management
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire train and develop others
- Expertise in managing multi-channel lead flow with strong CRM accountability
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with OEM programs CRM platforms data-mining tools and dealership operational structure
Preferred Experience
- Toyota and/or Lexus sales management experience minimum 1 year

- Skilled in coaching developing and leading winning teams
