Job Summary
Black Elk is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative resource paraprofessional to join our team. Were looking for someone passionate about supporting students who thrives in a team environment and is eager to make a meaningful difference in childrens lives.
What Youll Do:
- Work closely with individual students and small groups in a variety of settings throughout the day to support learning goals in reading writing math and social skills.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers to provide targeted support share progress data and adjust strategies to meet student needs.
- Create and maintain a positive supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students engagement and success. Assist students with organization staying on task and completing assignments.
Working Hours:
20 hours a week
