Additionally the position supports the gradual transition of case management functions to relevant sub-units while maintaining technical oversight and direct responsibility for complex and sensitive cases including those with GBV and MHPSS elements. She or he will coordinate closely with protection and MHPSS partners and state institutions such as the Child Protection Delegates (DPE) and social centers to ensure timely referrals effective follow-up and coordinated case responses.
