4. 協助項目工程和內部搬遷添加和變更活動協助斷電活動

5. 成功完成計劃的維護活動並解決客戶請求

6. 確保始終保持高水準的專業性和客戶服務

7. 協助項目工程和內部搬遷添加和變更活動協助斷電活動

8. 大樓現場機電設備維護監控設備監看與狀況簡易排除

9. 監督所有機電設備運作狀況

10. 制定機電設備維護保養計畫

11. 協調外包廠商進行設備檢修

12. 建立設備故障應變處理機制
