SIS Account Managers (client-facing Project Managers) serve as the single point of contact for commercial annuity and strategic account clients managing all aspects of flooring projects and account service from initial conversation through delivery and installation. This includes end-to-end project management customer relationship management and coordination across internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of bespoke account programs. Reporting to SIS Business Managers this role will coordinate and onboard new accounts and implement service programsinmarket segments such as government retailcorporateeducation healthcare specified living and role responds toneeds manages all operational aspects of assigned accounts and works work with Sales Team to obtain forecasts and evaluate the performance of accounts. The position will work in a hybrid way 3 days per week from our Dalton offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as single point of contact and manage all operational aspects of an account service program from onboarding to annuity relationship.

  • Manage service programs executed throughWinbid E-commerce and/or wholesale systems and processes.

  • Understand all contract or program requirements includingpricing reporting and/orrebate processes for accounts managedand maintain account database detail.

  • Respond to proposal request define scope of work identify material and labor needs negotiate labor costs respond to estimating needsprepare formal proposalcoordinate with Customer Service and Transportation to enterand trackordersmanage order entry and production schedule shippinginstallation schedulesprocess payablesinvoicing troubleshooting.

  • Manageand maintainblanket inventoryat required levels.

  • Develop and maintainprofessional relationships with internal and externalcustomersand partnersincluding end users suppliersservice providerssales contracting officers and purchasing agents.

  • Coordinate withSIS Business Managers and SolutionistsMarketing Support ServicesandSalesin responding to RFIs and RFPs contractnegotiation and contract/pricingrenewals or updates.

  • Managecompliance from customers withcontracttermsconditionsand price agreements.

  • Travel may be required to build service and maintain relationships.

  • Train and mentor Account Coordinator.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent and minimum of 3yearsadministrative experience required.

  • High EQ and communication skills for client interaction verbal and written.

Highly preferred skills and experiences:

  • Associate or bachelors degree.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles with strong client relationship management.

  • Project ownership experience (preferably within construction installation or similar).

  • Familiarity with installation processes (flooring or other construction trades is a plus blueprint reading jobsite conditions).

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to adapt and manage ambiguity comfortable making high-level decisions and owning responsibility

  • Individuals must be willing to travel and be comfortable in a customer-facing environment.

  • Proficient with project management software (e.g Win-bid) Microsoft Word Excel Google PowerPoint.
