Job Summary
- Help user log into PCs for the first time.
- Set up email on PCs and mobile devices.
- Switching out hardware.
- Basic troubleshooting.
- Installing software.
- Configuring PCs.
- Installing printers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- In process of obtaining associate degree or bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of Computer hardware
- Able to lift to 50lbs
- Valid drivers license
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Follow Instruction for installing software and hardware
- Basic Understanding of Networks.
