Job Summary
Mitarbeit im zentralen Eingangstor (Jira):
Annahme Vorprüfung Klassifizierung und Erfassung von Anfragen
Rücksprache mit den Anfragenden bei unklaren/lückenhaften Anforderungen
Aktive Unterstützung und Monitoring der Besetzung von Anfragen und Projekten
Mitwirkung bei der Einsatzplanungssteuerung
Begleitung und Steuerung des Beauftragungsprozesses für die Geschäftsbereiche
Qualifications :
Abgeschlossene informationstechnische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Themenbereich IT-Security
Zielstrebige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Selbstständigkeit Zuverlässigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
Kenntnisse in MS Office v.a. Excel Jira
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
