As a Student Financial Analyst youll work with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver high-impact analyses and support data-driven decision-making. At Implement youll have the flexibility and opportunity to create real impact as you help drive the financial agenda across the organisation.
What youll do
With guidance and growing responsibility you will:
- Contribute to building an agile flexible reporting setup that supports our growth.
- Prepare datasets run analyses and draft insights that enable better decision-making.
- Participate in meetings as a junior sparring partner and help prepare materials for leaders on finance topics.
- Support optimisation of finance processes and documentation.
- Help run our planning forecasting and performance management cycles and contribute to area-specific projects and business cases.
- Build and maintain parts of our automated management reports in collaboration with the BI team.
- Work with stakeholders to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Who you are
We imagine you are:
- In the final year of your bachelors degree or at the beginning of your masters studying economics finance or another analytical field
- number-savvy comfortable working with large datasets and bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Structured and detail-oriented and communicate clearly in English
You may also have experience with data modelling project or stakeholder management and tools like Excel or Power BI/Tableau. Most importantly youre proactive curious about how numbers shape decisions and able to manage multiple tasks while building strong relationships across the organisation.
