Job Summary
概述
- 在保证生产安全和食品安全的前提下配合压榨主管完成安全高效的生产操作维护生产设备正常运行保证产品指标合格
- 做好责任区内的日常点检日常维护5S推进等工作不断提升本岗位的理论知识和技能操作水平
- 管理班组人员保持与各部门良好沟通非行政班时负责全厂安全巡查和各部门工作协调
- 上级安排的其他工作
主要职责
- 遵守和执行公司的各项安全行为规范等规章制度 遵守公司食品安全质量环境政策的要求
- 管理班组人员执行当班期间生产操作保证生产顺利进行产品合格
- 管理指导压榨预处理各岗位技术员和浸出技术员配合确认各岗位指标正常
- 执行所有工作流程和操作程序SOP
- 对过程中的参数进行记录
- 执行工厂每月的安全检查并落实和改善检查中不安全设施和不卫生的状况
- 管理班组人员与各部门保持良好沟通保持与各部门良好沟通非行政班时负责全厂安全巡查和各部门工作协调
- 对车间劳务合作单位的劳务人员外来人员包含进入车间的其他部门人员叉车司机进行直接监督
- 公司/部门交办的其他事项
Qualifications :
教育背景全日制大专及以上学历油脂工程食品或粮食工程专业化工机电一体化等相关专业条件优秀的可放宽
工作经历同行业五年以上工作经验对油脂行业工艺流程熟悉条件优秀者可放宽对行业及岗位任职要求
能力要求

- 要求有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力
- 熟练操作计算机使用office办公软件
- 具有较强的安全意识和保密意识严谨细心
