Job Summary
Job Descriptions :
Network Design and Implementation: Design configure and deploy network infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor network performance troubleshoot issues and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices to protect the network from threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Network Optimization: Continuously improve network performance scalability and efficiency by evaluating and implementing new technologies and solutions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate network documentation including diagrams configurations and policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including system administrators IT support and on ground operations team to resolve network-related issues and support new outlets project requirements.
Capacity Planning: Assess network capacity requirements and plan for future growth.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure and maintain network equipment and services.
Qualifications :
Job Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology with Networking as a focus or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Network Engineer with minimum 2 years experience.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts protocols and technologies (e.g. TCP/IP OSPF SDWAN STPs QoS IPSec etc.).
Familiar with setting up & troubleshooting printers CCTV Access Control VoIP Wireless Switch Firewalls and Server.
Experience in setting up network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Zabbix Wireshark Iperf etc.) are a plus.
Familiarity with network security best practices and tools.
CCNA / CCNP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Excellent technical & non-technical communication skills.
A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
