We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager for our Front Office team in Udaipur India. As a key member of our management team you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations of our hotel.
- Lead and inspire the Front Office team to deliver warm and personalized hospitality to every guest
- Oversee daily front office operations including check-ins check-outs and guest inquiries
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints
- Optimize hotel occupancy and average daily rate to maximize revenue
- Implement and maintain brand standards and operating procedures
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Train and mentor front office staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Manage front office inventory and supplies
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks and reports
- Stay informed about local attractions and events to provide guests with valuable information
Qualifications :
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a hotel front office setting
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g. OPERA Cloud)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated commitment to driving customer loyalty programs
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
- Adaptability to various work situations and ability to multitask effectively
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Multilingual skills particularly in languages relevant to the Udaipur region (preferred)
- Knowledge of local tourism cultural attractions and customs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
