Job Summary

- Applying design thinking to create innovative user-friendly solutions that meet business objectives and encourage collaboration
- Conducting research interviews and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions
- Creating intuitive and delightful user experiences by applying User Experience Design Interaction Design Information Architecture and User Interface Design principles
- Translating your ideas into tangible solutions with wireframes and prototypes
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency and incorporating inclusive design practices per WCAG
Qualifications :
- You bring 2-5 years of experience in Product/UX design and hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design Psychology or a related field
- You are proficient in Figma and have experience implementing Material Design and WCAG in your projects
- You have excellent English communication skills can effectively present and defend your ideas
- You are resourceful creative and capable of solving design challenges independently
- You are committed to continuously learning to stay current with the latest design trends
- You work well in a team value diverse perspectives are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
It would be a real bonus if:
- You have experience implementing Human Interface Guidelines in your projects.
- You are skilled in cross-platform design.
