Job Summary

Join our team as a Data Scientist (m/f/d) in Beckum or Dortmund and take on the following responsibilities:

Develop and implement data and AI-based solutions to support and enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI to generate insights and solutions.
Design and implement data pipelines architectures and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Build train and maintain machine learning and deep learning models to support various business objectives.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders to inform decision-making.
Work closely with cross functional teams to collaborate on projects share insights and ensure that data analytics and AI efforts are integrated with overall business strategies.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing data and AI-based solutions preferably in a business context.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R and SQL. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
Familiarity with data infrastructure and database systems such as SQL databases (e.g. MS SQL Server) and big data platforms (e.g. Spark Snowflake Microsoft Synapse Analytics).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
Strong attention to details and a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
You communicate effectively in both German and English.
