- Supporting the Front Office Manager in daily operations team leadership and departmental coordination.
- Managing day-to-day front desk activities including check-ins/outs loyalty sign-ups reporting and guest support.
- Supervising training onboarding and developing the front office team to deliver consistently outstanding service.
- Proactively resolving guest issues with empathy and professionalism driving loyalty and meaningful guest experiences.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of Front Office procedures service standards and guest experience projects.
- Acting independently on all matters relating to guest and team safety in the absence of senior management.
- Ensuring effective management of emergency situations by following established hotel procedures and protocols.
- Fostering a welcoming inclusive and engaging environment for both guests and team members.
Qualifications :
- Previous hospitality experience in a similar capacity.
- Solid leadership capability with demonstrated success training mentoring and motivating a team.
- Strong knowledge of hotel Front Office procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong conflict-resolution and negotiation skills with the confidence to act independently when required.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster.
- RSA and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before commencement).
- Full Australian work rights.
