Our members are passionate about their membership and the experiences it delivers. Having just re-launched the ALL Accor Explorer membership with new benefits were looking for an experienced specialist with creativity and initiative to join a high performing team.
The role
Accor Plus is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Pacific team on a 3-month contract with an immediate start to support our core ALL Accor Explorer member communications. If youre strong in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and copywriting and you thrive in fast-paced digital environments this ones for you.
What youll do
- Build and deploy e-cards and e-newsletters in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Write and prepare copy and assets across email website and social channels
- Test hotel offers and liaise with hotel teams
- Maintain the weekly campaign plan Asana schedules and monthly reports
What youll bring
- 34 years experience in digital marketing or CRM
- Strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud skills (DEs Journeys builds)
- Excellent copywriting ability and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Bonus: Asana or WordPress experience
