Were looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our high-performing Urban Development team on the Sunshine Coast. In this role youll take ownership of land subdivision / greenfield / masterplanning projects coordinating diverse tasks guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our Clients.
Working closely with technical experts and senior leaders youll play a central role in shaping project delivery deepening client partnerships and contributing to the continued growth of our Urban Development presence in the region.
In this role you will:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Urban Development projects translating client objectives into clear project plans covering scope safety risk delivery and cost.
Coordinate resources forecast deliverables and manage project budgets financial performance and reporting.
Prepare bids proposals tenders and contract documentation in line with Australian Standards.
Guide project teams through design drafting authority approvals and construction-phase activities including site inspections and civil works superintendency.
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships leading project meetings and ensuring high-quality technically accurate deliverables.
Manage project risk apply quality control processes and maintain organised project documentation.
Qualifications :
6 years of professional experience managing Urban Development projects.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent project delivery experience.
Strong planning prioritisation and project coordination capability.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
Technical understanding of civil engineering concepts project delivery and construction processes.
Proven commercial acumen across budgeting forecasting and financial management.
Strong consulting and client management skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to lead motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
