WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS

As a Revenue Operations Associate you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth accurate and

timely operations across our marketplaces and D2C channels. You will manage daily operational

checks monitor SKU availability support financial controls and ensure data accuracy across revenue

touchpoints. Your work will directly impact fill rates dispatch efficiency turnaround times and

operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily PO - PO checks coordinate dispatches and ensure timely execution with

internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor daily SKU availability highlight gaps and drive follow-ups for replenishment.

Track projections vs consumption weekly and support inventory alignment.

Assist with finance checks including provisions invoices returns and RTVs.

Ensure error-free operational data highlighting discrepancies and enabling timely resolution.

Coordinate closely with Marketplace Ops Warehousing Finance and D2C teams to ensure

accurate execution.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in Operations / Revenue Ops / E-commerce Ops.

Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

Highly detail-oriented structured and organized in approach.

Strong coordination skills and ability to work under fast-paced timelines.

Must be open to working from the Gurgaon office (Work from Office role).
