What youll be doing:
- Respond to player queries (via chat & email no calls) and ensure their experience is smooth enjoyable and solved.
- Actively listen to player perspectives and channel insights to internal teams to improve gaming experiences.
- Embrace teamwork and help continuously optimise processes in a fast-paced and supportive setting.
What were looking for:

Fluent German (C1) and a good command of English (B2).
- Previous experience with gaming or strong knowledge of online gaming communities is a definite plus.
- A highly empathetic attitude able to put yourself in the players shoes and turn challenges into solutions.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset combined with a collaborative team-first approach.
