What youll be doing
- Provide high-touch support to German-speaking business travellers for flights hotels trains and full journey solutions
- Use voice and email channels to deliver professional courteous service to high-level clients
- Assist travellers before departure during their trip and with return logistics to ensure their journeys are smooth and efficient
- Navigate multiple systems and platforms offer clear advice adjust plans and solve issues in real time
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions update CRM/ticketing tools and follow internal processes
- Work in an international team adapt to changing priorities and deliver exceptional customer experience
What were looking for
- Fluent German (C1/C2) both spoken and written and working-level English (B2)
- Strong communication and listening skills; ability to articulate solutions clearly and calmly
- Previous experience in travel hospitality airline customer service or related environment is an advantage
- Good computer skills and comfort using MS Office tools and other platforms
- Structured organised decisiveable to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Willingness to work day or night shifts based in Sofia or willing to relocate

EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian work permit is mandatory
